Kamar visits, checks comparable sales nearby, and agrees an asking price with you.
Photography and copy
We book the shoot, draw the floor plan and write the listing. Nothing publishes until you have approved it.
Live, and we handle enquiries
Published here and on the major property portals. Viewings, questions and offers all come to us, and you get a weekly summary by email.

- What does it cost to list?
- Nothing upfront. Commission is agreed in writing before the listing goes live and is paid only on completion. If the property does not sell or let, you owe us nothing.
- How long is the agreement?
- Twelve weeks, renewable. You can withdraw the listing at any point; we only ask for notice in writing so we can tell anyone mid-enquiry.
- Can I list a rental or land?
- Yes. We handle sales, rentals, commercial space, and land. Rentals follow the same process, with tenant screening added before you approve an applicant.
- Do I have to run the viewings?
- No. Kamar accompanies every viewing and reports back the same day. If you would rather show the property yourself, tell us and we will schedule around you.
