Kamar Properties was built on a simple belief:

As the person leading Kamar Properties, I'm directly involved from the first conversation to the final step. We personally visit the properties we represent and take the time to provide clear, accurate information about each one. We keep our portfolio intentionally selective.
If we can't give a property the attention it deserves, we won't add it simply to fill a list. Every property deserves attention. Every client does too.
How we work

Kamar leads the business and is the first person you'll speak to. Every property is visited in person, photographed and described by the family, and the person who takes your call is the one who sees it through.
We keep the portfolio small on purpose. If we can't give a property proper attention, we say so rather than adding it to a pile.
